Acceptable Forms of Payment
Dr. Lofman accepts all forms of payment, including:
- Cash
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Cashier’s check
- CareCredit financing (see below)
Payment Terms
Aside from payments made through a CareCredit or Cherry financing plan or insurance, all payments for plastic surgery expenses need to be paid in full two weeks before the date of surgery to avoid a penalty fee. If a person other than the patient is paying for the procedure, that person will need to complete the payment forms at our office prior to the surgery.
