Dr. Lofman accepts the most standard forms of payment, and outlines payment terms, insurance and fee information here so that you can plan ahead for your plastic surgery expenses.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
Dr. Lofman accepts all forms of payment, including:
- Cash
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Cashier’s check
- CareCredit financing (see below)
Our office does not accept online payments, personal checks, business checks, money wires, or account transfers.
Payment Terms
Aside from payments made through a CareCredit financing plan or insurance, all payments for plastic surgery expenses need to be paid in full two weeks before the date of surgery to avoid a penalty fee. If a person other than the patient is paying for the procedure, that person will need to complete the payment forms at our office prior to the surgery. Care Credit Financing
Dr. Lofman works with Care Credit to offer his patients affordable monthly payment plans, including extended plans that range from two to five years. To find out if you qualify, complete the CareCredit online application.
